"They are unwilling to aid me at all in trying to lower monthly premium payments. I was flat out lied to about uninsured bodily injury being a state requirement in Texas. It is not, and paying for it when I don't need it is only making the agents more money. Insurance already feels scammy, and these agents are greedy. I'd say save your money and try to do business with an organization that actual cares about you and your financial situation as opposed to lining their own pockets, if that even exists anymore. Also, this office is notorious for never answering the phone when you need them. I've switched agencies for better customer service, may wind up dropping State Farm altogether, as one of the agents at the Faircloth office rudely suggested. Not a good agency in my opinion, but experience may vary."
