"We made the MISTAKE of going without Home and Flood insurance up until 1979, when Tropical Storm Claudette dropped 42" of rain on Alvin Tx and flooded the entire Dickinson Bayou watershed, including the 3 feet of water it put in our home.We never made that mistake again, and have been insured thru Wayne Faircloth now since 1980! Thank God we had Wayne Faircloth and State Farm for HURRICANE HARVEY, which dropped ~54~ inches on us and put 6 feet of water in our house! We lost EVERYTHING except the junk in the top of the closets. Then we had to throw all our belongings, furniture and appliances in the street and tear out all the walls, doors, cabinets, sinks, toilets, tubs, carpets and floors! And Wayne Faircloth, State Farm and FEMA worked together to make sure we were fully covered and could rebuild the house we've owned outright for 50 years! Don't fool around with Texas weather! Get insured and STAY INSURED with a good company like Wayne Faircloth and State Farm! ``` (Pics: Here's what will happen and why you need coverage! ~Our home from across the street, 2pm day of flood, water was still rising when we left on Cajun Navy rescue boat at 6:30PM. The pic doesn't show the current. The water current was pushing trucks and cars by us ~underwater~ at a speed of about 7 knots, ie, the cruising speed of a 36 foot sailboat. ~Classic irreplaceable furniture and satin drapes destroyed forever, the carpet was actually a beautiful high-priced light beige carpet, the dark floor you see is mud from the flood. ~Belongings, furniture piled 12 feet high in front yard. ~House after demo, a skeleton of itself.)"

"I'm old and have had lots of insurance (and insurance agents) I'm my lifetime. Been with the Wayne Faircloth - State Farm for 5 years and could see that they worked to get me the RIGHT coverage (not the same thing as the cheapest which might be the wrong coverage) but also tried to hold costs down. A couple years ago, Texas changed the laws and EVERYONES insurance companies went up 25% (not 'greed', it's very complicated and actually, sadly was needed), but State Farm only raised mine 21% so they were trying to do the best for their customers. And now they are providing the same coverage but dropping the price again, I'm very happy with the dealings I've had, they always call me back or respond quickly and know the answers instead if having to look it up so they are knowledgeable. Pleasant to deal with. I won't be shopping for other home & vehicle insurance, I'll stay with Faircloth- State Farm"

"This agent and his staff, Charlene and Leslie, go over and beyond for their clients. They take the time to explain changes and updates. My husband and I got in a bad car accident and at that point we realized we needed more coverage. Afterward we increased our policies and added another. "Please read in Tuesday January 20th 2026 I tried to transfer my StateFarm insurance to my present agent I was denied the right to transfer do to My previous agent sent out emails not to let me transfer this is blatant racism and discrimination against a woman of color a disabled veteran due to all these agents are friends with Jacquie Tugwell and they refuse to let me transfer without giving me a reason I have no tickets. I have no previous accidents in years, but they still will not allow me to transfer my insurance. I’m asking for any attorney to please contact me because I will be Filing a class action, civil lawsuit, please any attorney available please get in Touch with me relating this matter I was in tears I’m a Disabled Veteran This Statement is true and correct Again this StateFarm agency is blatantly racist and not even trying to hide I wii be filling a CIVIL RIGHTS COMPLAINT WITH THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT"

"Every agent at this office is very helpful. Lately, I've been working with Charlene. She has literally been listening to me lose my mind in these disgustingly difficult financial times. Thankfully, she set my mind at ease by actually caring for me, taking the time to reduce some costs of my insurance by cutting waste from my policy. "WOW, just went in to see about renewing my auto insurance, had a few questions and the BI ACH at the front desk made it very clear she was not interested and basically told me i should go with someone else.. BYE"
